°¿³Ü°ù Sailing games option takes place in partnership with Port Edgar Watersports, who run the sailing school at Port Edgar. A 30-40 minute minibus ride from school takes us to South Queensferry, arriving back at Heriot’s between 6.30 and 7pm depending on traffic. You will learn about how a boat interacts with and makes use of the simple power of the wind to go where you point it. You will learn teamwork, as most of the sailing is done in double-handed boats. You will learn how to be safe on the water, and how to get the boat sailing again if you capsize. Please note this option can only run with a minimum of 8 pupils
